Online dating breakups can be brutal, so that can leave you feeling drained and, can lead to depression. I think it’s wise to take breaks when you feel overwhelmed or when you start feeling depressed. Just take a break and concentrate on other things like learning a new skill or taking up a new activity, or hobby.
